Dear PJ:

Thank you for assisting us in seamlessly transferring our site www.antennasystems.com to your servers. We were previously with a company called Atlantic.Net which had horrific uptimes and support. Over the twelve month period that we were with them, we had reported over forty trouble tickets. The majority of these trouble tickets were due to either their DNS servers being down, the web server needing “patches” or the email server not responding. Our list of gripes does not include the Verisign SSL certificate never being installed due to “security concerns” on their end. Our average downtime per month was in excess of ten hours.

We chose to sign with Webnet for the following reasons:

  1. The GREAT presales support we received from PJ.
  2. The seamless transition of our MIVA shopping cart.
  3. The continued support over the weekend when we made the DNS change at our registrar.
  4. The uptime, as reported, by third party vendors.
