  What kind of payments do you accept?
 
We accept credit cards (Visa/Master card) AMEX for all monthly accounts, and checks or money orders on annual accounts.

  How often am I billed?
 
Your credit card will be charged on the billing day that you signed up on a monthly or yearly basis.

  What happens if my credit card is declined, cancelled or stolen?
 
It is your responsibility to update your credit card information securely from your control panel, you can do this by clicking Update Billing in your web hosting control panel. Or you may contact our Billing Department at 1-877-503-HOST Ext. 3 if you have any questions regarding billing.

 

What is your policy on disconnecting accounts with late/no payments?

 

We do NOT automatically disconnect accounts who fail to pay a late or no payment on their account. On failure to receive payment on due date, WebNet Hosting will send a late payment notification, and 3 days thereafter. Failure to respond or properly pay due amount within a 15 day period of amounts due will result in deactivation of your hosting account.
