Yes we can help you setup your store instantly. Depending on how many products you have, if you contact your Account Manager, he will setup our engineers to setup your storefront within 24 hours. This can be a paid service depending on the number of products you may have.

If you wish to upload the products yourself we charge a one time $50 setup fee to setup your storefront.

WebNet Hosting will completely setup your storefront and upload your products for a one time fee of $99. This will include the uploading of your products and images under 100 items.

Yes once you signup, you will receive the contact information for your account manager. You can contact he or she and schedule a time to have a walk through of your shopping cart with him or her. After this initial walk through you will be able to setup your storefront without any further instructions.

The main differences between the E-Standard and E-Customized packages is the amount of Disk Space and total Bandwidth you will receive for your web site. The E-Customized allows for lots of traffic and users at one time. The other main difference is the E-Customized comes included with the MMUI OpenUI module, which allows you to customize your storefront and add modules to allow your storefront to perform additional procedures.

You have two options, you can either setup a web site and have graphics and information, then have a button that will link to your store, such as "Click Here to Access Our StoreFront", or you can have the shopping cart be your complete web site, meaning when a client types your URL www.yourdomain.com they will be taken automatically to the storefront. If you would like to have your storefront be your online store which is very common, it will require some web design skill. We will make this change for you at no extra cost, please open a HelpDesk ticket and request this and we will take care of this for you.

You do not need any HTML, or web design experience to build a complete and easy to understand storefront with Miva Merchant. Miva comes with a built in tutorial, and templates which allow you to step by step upload your products and setup your storefront.

The ecommerce hosting plans include complete ecommerce hosting, and shopping cart software. The only other thing that you need if you want to accept credit cards online is a merchant account. You can also accept credit cards and process them manually, or accept checks or money orders in that case you will not need a merchant account. There are no other fees except the merchant account fees which are given by your merchant account provider and are usually not very expensive.

Yes you can easily integrate PayPal and 2Checkout with Miva Merchant by a click of a button. We have a lot of clients that use PayPal to take care of their secure transactions with their shopping cart system.
